vision & mission
Vision of National Women's Organization:
Establishing equality between men and women in society, state, peace and development, establishing the necessary environment for the development and advancement of women as human beings, establishing and empowering women in the mainstream of human rights.
Mission:
Proper implementation of the responsibilities assigned to the organization for the implementation of national and international commitments. Awareness is created for the socio-economic development of women, attainment of self-reliance, transformation into skilled manpower, establishment of social, political and legal rights, etc., skill development and equal opportunities are prepared.
 
Goals and Objectives:
According to the National Women's Organization Act 1991, the aims and objectives of the organization are as follows:
A) To work towards raising the awareness of women in all spheres of national life.
B) To arrange technical and vocational training for women.
C) To assist women in achieving economic self-reliance.
D) To help protect the legal rights of women.
E) To motivate women to take family welfare measures.
F) To establish contact with government and non-government, local and foreign organizations engaged in women's welfare.
G) To take initiative to involve women in national development activities.
H) To encourage women to form co-operative societies and to set up cottage industries.
I) To create opportunities for women to participate in sports and culture.
J) To organize various conferences, seminars and workshops related to the interests of women.
K) To take any step necessary for the performance of the above functions.
